In the Senior School, each boy’s House adopts an area of community need and designs action programs to assist. In doing so, the boys are confronted with situations that dehumanise and oppress others, and are then encouraged to reflect on their own position regarding them. Their reflections are invariably positive, leaving boys with a greater sense of empathy and compassion for other people in their community.

The College has adopted four principle charity organisations, CanTeen, TEAR Australia, The Fred Hollows Foundation and the Salvation Army OASIS Youth Support Network, with which the College’s Houses have developed special and long-term working relationships.
