150 years OF PHOTOS
In 1863 Newington College began auspiciously with 16 boys on the enrolment register. Now, 150 years later, the school boasts over 1800 boys across three campuses. From the early days on the banks of the Parramatta River, to the fondly-remembered era of Headmaster AJ Rae, Newington has born witness to myriad legends, personalities and folklore. Here you’ll find an all-too-brief snapshot into the long history of Newington College: who we were, who we are and the incredible stories of the mighty Black and White that bind us all.
